Tuesday Runs

Tuesday runs are more competitive. There are 4 types of runs (all of which require a nominal fee of 500 baizas). Each Tuesday a different run is held. Check the calendar to see which run will be held this week:

Handicap - A staggered start for all runners is worked out on ability (and latest run times) with everyone potentially finishing together.
Ministries A Straightforward, short race of 3 or 5 km on flat, fast roads and pavements, looping around some of the ministries.
PDO Loop - Enjoy a 5.5 km run around the rolling hills of PDO and enjoy the scenery at the same time.
Predictor - Run without a watch and try to predict how long it will take you to finish this 5 or 10 kms run. A small prize is presented to the closest prediction.
